Studio Le XV is a brand operated by Fortin Productions. The studio is located at 116 rue de l'Abbé Groult, 75015 Paris, an operating address separate from the registered office.

All content on this site (text, photographs, technical plans, visual identity) is the property of Fortin Productions or is used with permission. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
The studio's dimensions, floor areas and technical specifications come from the 2025 surveys and are given for guidance only. A full survey is under way. They are not contractually binding: for a set or layout accurate to the centimetre, an on-site check is required.
The booking form collects your name, your email address and the details of your request: preferred date, rate, options and overtime.
The project form, which is optional, collects a description of your film or photo shoot: project name, brand or end client, type of production, sound recording, number of people on set, arrival and departure times, equipment to be provided, hair and make-up, meals, delivery or vehicle, comments.
The company details form, which is optional, collects the details for the quote and the invoice: company name, billing address, email address for invoices, SIRET or company registration number for a company based outside France, and EU VAT number.
To link a form to your request, the date of the request and your email address are included in the link to the form; this part of the link is sent neither to our server nor to our audience measurement tool. No other data is requested, and no field is collected without your knowledge.
This data is used solely to handle your request: checking availability, preparing the quote and then the invoice, and replying to you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, then of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). It is not resold, used for advertising purposes or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data is received by Fortin Productions, by email. Vercel hosts the site and processes the forms, and emails are delivered by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States). Both act as processors within the meaning of the GDPR; Resend is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
A booking request that does not go ahead, and the forms that accompany it, are kept for three years from the last contact. Customer data is kept for the whole business relationship, then for three years from its end, in accordance with the CNIL's reference framework on commercial management. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
This site sets no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Audience measurement uses Vercel Analytics, which works without cookies and collects only aggregated, anonymous data. No prior consent is therefore required, and no banner is imposed on you.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. Write to contact@fortinproductions.fr: we will reply within one month. If you disagree, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris (cnil.fr).
